At Hyperlite Mountain Gear, we stand behind the durability and performance of our ultralight equipment. If your gear isn't the perfect fit for your next adventure, we offer a 30-day return window for items in new, unused condition with original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your unused gear in its original box or a similar secure shipping container, ensuring all tags and accessories are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
